ブラジルの地形上もっとも大西洋にせり出したエリア（アフリカから奴隷を連れてきた要衝）に通い、ファベーラとそこに住むアフリカ子孫が信仰する宗教を軸に写真を撮り貯めています。写真のアウトプットとして、粗さと発色の良さを兼ね備えたリソグラフ印刷が最良と捉え、近年はRisoのブック製作に集中しています。

I've been visiting Recife, a city in northeastern Brazil that was a key point for bringing slaves from Africa, and focusing on documenting the favelas and the religions practiced by the descendants of Africans living there.

The photographs have been compiled into a zine using RISO (printing) .
I made 7 zines in 2024 and 3 zines in 2025. Each one is 100 to 150 copies .
I have opportunities to sell zines at bookstores and clothing stores, as well as exhibiting at art book fairs.
